Download the demo version (containing the first seven chapters) to ensure it works on your machine and it's what you expect.
To install the demo version, simply copy it into the plugins directory of your Eclipse installation and restart Eclipse. When you choose Help | Help Contents in Eclipse, you should see the book in the Contents pane.
